My Pc Staff will not be responsible for lost data or any damage resulting from a repair session remote, on-site or otherwise. We cannot take responsibility for a computer in a previously unknown state (that device could fail during a remote repair session or a repair service and appear to have been caused by the remote repair session or repair service). Our staff take precautions but it is important that you know that is always a risk of accidental data loss. By purchasing support or computer repair you agree to all the terms of service herein and assume all risks.
Data Recovery
My Pc Staff will not be held liable for lost data or any damage resulting from Data Recovery from hard drives, CD/DVD disks, USB drives, zip drives or any other data storage devices. The data from failed or failing data storage devices may not be recoverable. Furthermore, some of the data recovered from failed or failing devices may be corrupted. My Pc Staff will recover as much data as possible and all data files whether good, corrupted or previously deleted will be returned to you.
Cancellation Policy
Pc Staff is committed to providing exceptional care to its clients. Unfortunately, when one client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being served. Please call us email as at [email protected] by 2:00 p.m. on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office by 2:00 p.m. on Friday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged $(insert amount) for the missed appointment.
